• Collaborate with various business and IT teams across the Baltics, ensuring effective communication and achievement of shared goals;

• Identify issues or risks in a timely manner and ensure solutions are addressed without delay;

• Maintain project plans and adapt them to changing circumstances;

• Ensure that project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood and achieved by all involved parties;

• Coordinate testing and implementation processes, engaging the necessary specialists;

• Proactively suggest improvement ideas that help teams and processes become more efficient;

• Stay up to date with the latest project management trends and share best practices.

• You have experience in project management — from idea to implementation — with a clear ability to define priorities, risks, and timelines;

• You are familiar with project management methodologies and tools and know how to adapt them to different situations;

• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and results;

• You have an understanding of IT systems, data flows, and integration solutions;

• You have an analytical mindset and the ability to make well-grounded, data-driven decisions;

• You can communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at different levels;

• You are fluent in Latvian and English and enjoy working in an international environment.

Salary: from EUR 2500 gross and above (the final salary will be reviewed and determined based on your competencies).
