Test Analyst

We are looking for Test Analyst to join our team at BTA. As a member of our team, you will work on a Baltic level.

We will entrust you:

• Perform manual testing for new features, integrations, and system updates

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios

• Perform API testing to validate system integrations and backend functionality

• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects

• Work closely with developers and analysts to resolve issues

• Participate in Agile sprint activities and support QA improvements

You will be an excellent fit for our team if you:

• Have experience or strong interest in Software Testing / QA

• Are hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.

• Have basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Have strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Have experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

• Have Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

• Have good English communication skills

• Have native Lithuanian language

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Basic knowledge of test automation
