Baltic Marketing and Communications Director

• Proven experience in a leading marketing position, preferably in an international environment;
• Demonstrated experience of implementing digital marketing strategies;
• Strong focus on marketing strategy and analytics;
• A track record of successfully transforming marketing teams;
• Degree in marketing, business administration or other related field.

We will entrust you with:

• Strengthen and drive company brand awareness and new customer acquisition through powerful marketing strategies;
• Develop and implement clear brand objectives and positioning within the Baltic market;
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events;
• Analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities and make informed, data-driven decisions;
• Plan and execute both internal and external communication strategies;
• Lead and inspire a strong, dedicated marketing team;
• Plan and manage the marketing and communications budget efficiently.

• Monthly salary of 4500+ EUR gross (salary depends on candidate's experience and eligibility for the position requirements);
