Head of Anti-fraud and Economic security department - Baltics

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join us and lead our efforts across the three Baltic countries. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate the team’s work across the three Baltic countries and two companies - BTA and Compensa;
• Proactively safeguard the company from fraud risks and threats;
• Effectively monitor and detect fraud attempts;
• Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders;
• Represent the company in law enforcement and court proceedings;
• Stay updated on market fraud trends and patterns;
• Seek innovation and continuous improvements in antifraud measures.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team;
• Experience in investigations; law enforcement background is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Strong presentation, reporting, and IT skills (especially Microsoft Office);
• English proficiency at a B2 level (additional languages are a plus);
• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and inspire others.

Salary: 3800 – 4500 EUR gross (based on experience and qualification).
