We know that practicing and trying out your hand in the profession is challenging!
At BTA, we appreciate the courage of each intern and willingness to dare to prove themselves and achieve big goals. That is why we want to evaluate the work done not only with recognition, but also by paying scholarships. Scholarships are paid for each month of internship, if you are ready to come to internship for at least 2 months, and at least 30 hours a week. Scholarships are paid out in cooperation with RTU Development Fund.
Scholarship
If you have an internship for 2 to 5 months
we will pay you a scholarship of 300 EUR (yes, this is the amount you will receive in your bank account) in the net amount, every month.
If you have internship for 6 to 12 months
we will pay you a scholarship of 400 EUR (yes, this is the amount you will receive in your bank account) in the net amount, every month.

Introductory trainings for practice
we will teach you everything so that you can successfully implement your Practice tasks and we will give real examples that best reflect the chosen profession.
Opportunity to prove yourself
and straight away or in future engage in employment relations with BTA!
You will have the opportunity to apply for trainings organized for BTA employees
They take place every month, there are many different ones - you will definitely find the most suitable for you!
