System Analyst (Baltic IT department)

Job description

By becoming a part of BTA, we will entrust you with:

• Collaborate with various business and IT teams across the Baltics, ensuring effective communication and achievement of shared goals.
• Analyze and prepare business and functional requirements.
• Participate in the full change delivery lifecycle - from analysis and solution design to testing and release support.
• Analyze existing processes and propose improvements for system functionality, integrations, and efficiency.
• Work with SQL queries, APIs, and data flows to support system analysis and integrations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Provide support to partners during integration with BTA systems.
• Support investigation and analysis of system incidents, defects, and integration issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners across the Baltics.

Job requirements

It is important for us to create and maintain trust-based relationships with our clients, partners, and colleagues. We believe that you will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and REST / SOAP web services.
• Understanding of system integrations, enterprise application environments, and data flows.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile or similar delivery environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of IT systems, integration solutions, and change delivery processes.
• Fluency in Estonian language and good English skills for communication on Baltic level.

Salary:

EUR 2800 – 3500 gross
(the final salary will be reviewed and determined based on your competencies)
