Customer Experience (Voice of the Customer) Specialist

The Customer Experience (Voice of the Customer) Specialist plays a key role in collecting and analyzing customer feedback, aiming for the continuous improvement of BTA insurance products and services. In this position, you will closely collaborate with various departments to ensure that the customer voice is heard.

As a part of BTA, we will entrust you with:
• Executing projects related to improving customer data and contact quality;
• Analyzing customer feedback, complaints, and surveys, and preparing insights;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams at the Baltic level to improve customer satisfaction;
• Enhancing communication templates with customers;
• Monitoring customer experience metrics and preparing reports;
• Working with data quality;
• Implementing and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience.

We believe you will be successful in this position if you:
• Have a bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills;
• Are able to communicate effectively in both Lithuanian and English;
• Have experience in customer service;
• Have project management skills;
• Are familiar with customer experience (CX) methodologies.

Salary: 2400 - 2800 €/month before taxes.
